About Us

Amazing Pete has been twisting balloons for over 20 years. He started twisting in New York City and performed for major Pokemon, Harry Potter, and FAO Scwartz events. In 2008 Pete moved to Ithaca, NY and has enjoyed making his mark on the local twisting scene since then. He met his now wife, Sarah, in 2009 and she often helps out at larger events.

Pete can make almost anything out of balloons. His large sculptures have included a 1920s car, a Xenomorph from the Alien movies, and a large tree and Easter Bunny scene. His favorite balloon creations to make are costumes for kids because it makes their imagination truly come alive.
